Serikandi is proud to be part of a historic step in Brunei Darussalam’s clean energy journey. The signing ceremony for the 30MW Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant (SPVPP), held at the Prime Minister’s Office, marked the launch of one of the country’s largest renewable energy projects to date.

The project will be developed under Seri Suria Power (B) Sdn Bhd—a joint venture between Serikandi Oilfield Services Sdn Bhd, Khazanah Satu Sdn Bhd (a government-linked company), and Atlantic Blue Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Malaysia’s Solarvest Holdings. Built on a remediated landfill in Kampong Belimbing, this initiative aligns with Brunei’s goal of achieving 30% renewable energy in its total installed capacity by 2035.

This initiative will contribute significantly to Brunei’s renewable energy goals and reduce reliance on conventional energy sources. More importantly, it reinforces the importance of long-term partnerships in supporting sustainable development.
