On 10th April 2026, YTC have successfully completed the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System audit for YTC KB Business Unit with zero Non-Conformities (NC). Following the audit, the auditor has recommended the extension of YTC KB Business Unit’s ISO 9001 certification for another three (3) years. New address will be included in the new certificate in future. One Opportunity for Improvement (OFI) was noted and accepted under clauses 7.1.2 and 7.2 relating to Training and Competency. The recommendation is for key personnel to attend QMS ISO 9001:2015 Awareness and Internal Auditor Training to further strengthen competency and compliance.
